From our very first conversation, Holly was so friendly, approachable and professional. Neither of us are naturally comfortable in front of the camera and we definitely wouldn’t describe ourselves as photogenic, but she made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. I wasn’t bothered about wedding photos - in fact we almost didn’t have a photographer because I hate having my photo taken and didn’t want to take time out of the day posing.
Initially I was accessing photographers on their aesthetics and style and yes, it’s nice to have the day captured and the really aesthetic, beautiful shots but actually, it’s the photos that capture the emotion and energy in the room that we keep going back to.
It’s the laughter, the tears and the love that Holly captured that keeps our wedding so fresh in our minds. It’s all those moments rolled together that made our wedding the perfect day that it was for us and we love looking back at the photos and seeing that documented for ever.
