I’m Holly, a North Yorkshire wedding photographer that captures candid, natural moments in a relaxed, documentary style with a smidge of editorial. My approach is simple… no stiff posing, no awkward direction, just genuine connection and the real energy of your day, exactly as it felt. Less posing...more personality!

Hey, I'm Holly...lets have some fun

A documentary wedding photographer based in North Yorkshire, but happy to travel far and wide for love.


I love working with couples who are genuinely up for a good time. The easy going, fun ones who don’t take themselves too seriously and just want to enjoy every second of their day. The ones who fill their day with laughter, energy, and the people they love most.


I’ll blend into the background when needed and step in when it helps, feeling more like a friend than just your photographer (even if that means dancing on the tables with you). I’m there to support you and make sure you truly enjoy every second.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long do you stay on the wedding day?

This depends on the package you choose, but typically I’m there 3 hours before the ceremony all the way through to an hour after the dance floor. I love a party!


2. When and how will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a sneak peek shortly after your wedding, with your full gallery delivered within 6-8 weeks maximum. All images are carefully edited in my signature style.  These will then be delivered to you via an online, password protected gallery for you and your family to enjoy.

3. How many photos will we get?

Every wedding is different and dependant on the package you choose, but you can expect a full gallery of beautifully edited images that tell the complete story of your day. For more information on this please visit the Investment page.

4. How do we book you?

Once you’ve enquired via my Contact me page, If I'm free, we can set up a call to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit! After that, to secure your date, I just require a 25% booking fee and a signed contract — then you’re officially in and we can get excited!

5. Can we meet before booking?

Of course, all of my packages include unlimited online consultations. However if you're close, I'm happy to meet up in person for a catch-up!

6. do you travel outside of North Yorkshire?

I do! I love to travel and this is no exception!

7. Do you have back-ups and insurance?

Yes — I’m fully insured and always come prepared with backup cameras, lenses, and memory cards. As soon as I’m home, your images are securely backed up in multiple locations, so you can feel confident they’re in safe hands.

8. We’re a bit camera shy… is that a problem?

You’re not alone — most couples feel this way! I much prefer prompting over posing, so nothing ever feels forced. I’ll gently guide you when needed, so you can just relax, have fun, and enjoy yourselves. Making you feel comfortable is what I do best.
